Hi wchisme_2000,
Thank you for patiently waiting on us.
I am still investigating the issue, and to assist me in diagnosing it further, could you please provide the SSU logs from your system?
Additionally, could you clarify whether this issue has occurred across different driver versions, or if it is specific to a particular one?
This information will help in identifying any potential patterns or compatibility concerns.
Best regards,
Earl E.

Sorry, I've been busy at work and can't visit the posts as often as I'd like.
Since it's a new video card, the first time I installed the driver it was 6793, which was the result in the first post. I upgraded to 6795 in the last few days, and when I ran the test again, the program execution got stuck testing AES256 and lost response and had to force close.

No worries, I completely understand how busy work can get. Thanks for taking the time to update me!
Rest assured, I will conduct further internal investigation into this issue. To assist me in diagnosing the problem more effectively, please run the following tool on your system so I can review the peripherals and driver versions you have: Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
Instructions:
:keycap_1: Download and open the tool.
:keycap_2: Click Scan (leave the default items checked).
:keycap_3: Click Next, then save the system information as a .txt file.
:keycap_4: Please provide us with the .txt file for further analysis.
Your cooperation will help us move forward with the investigation and find the best possible resolution. Looking forward to your response!

What the hell happened? When I upgraded to 6874, AIDA64 failed more detections and got stuck on double-precision flops.😥

I tried reinstalling the 6793 driver again (a complete clean reinstall), but it's still stuck at AES256. i don't know if it could have anything to do with firmware.

Hello wchisme_2000,
Thank you for patiently waiting!
To set proper expectations, we can only address one issue per community thread to ensure a focused and efficient troubleshooting process.
Could you please confirm which issue you would like to tackle in this thread?
- Why are Single Precision Julia and Double Precision Mandel not supported by Intel Arc B580 in the AIDA64 GPGPU benchmark?
- AIDA64 crashing with the latest Intel Arc B580 drivers?
For the other issue, you can create a new thread for further investigation or reach out to Intel Customer Support directly for further assistance.
Looking forward to your confirmation!
Best regards,
Earl E.

It's been several days and none of the issues have been resolved. I just hope to get a definitive answer to either one. I'll start a new post for the rest of that one, thanks.

Hi wchisme_2000,
Could you please confirm the exact version of AIDA64 you’re using? This will help ensure we’re aligned in troubleshooting effectively.
Additionally, if you could share the download link for the application, we can verify that we’re using the same version for testing and analysis.
Best regards,

Hello wchisme_2000,
Thank you for patiently waiting.
I wanted to update you that we’ve successfully run the AIDA64 GPGPU tests for Julia and Mandelbrot after disabling Resizable BAR (RE-BAR) using driver version 101.6881 (B570).
Please note that GPGPU testing in AIDA64 can be unstable and may occasionally freeze or crash during execution.
At your convenience, kindly try running the tests on your end with RE-BAR disabled and let us know if you're able to complete them successfully.
This will help us better assess the behavior on your system.
Looking forward to your feedback.
Best regards,
Earl E.
