I cant find Intel HD 610 Graphics for my Celeron 3865U pls anyone help me, i use windows 8.1

The problem is that your processor is a Kaby Lake processor, which is a 7th gen processor.   Only Windows 10 is supported on 7th gen and later processors.  So, there is no Intel driver for Windows 8.1 (or earlier).

 

You really do not want to be on W8.1, do you?

but i already used windows 7 and the driver worked normally lol
And if possible I don't want to use windows 10, I don't have SSD or RAM for him

There is no driver for Windows 8.1 or earlier.
