I got reduced the performance when i charging my laptop (Iris Xe)

so my laptop when i plug in my charger, the performance reduce real bad and i cant enjoy my game. the performance was still normal when i dont charge my laptop, ive been doing some research but its going no where. Please can someone help me with this issue.

Update your bios.

If the problem still exists, contact HP for help with their hardware.
