I have a HP Pavilion 21-h013w and ever since I upgraded to windows 10 the touch screen only works in my browser wont work in windows explorer on desktop I can move icons but I can't double tap and open. Anyone else run into this?

Windows 10 64 bit is my OS with intel graphics card

I used the setup bios hardware check and it works fine. But when I used the one windows 10 touch screen to calibrate program it wont detect my touching the cross hairs.

I have already contacted HP they say it is Microsoft. I contact Microsoft and they say it is HP. Finally someone suggested to try Intel.

The problem is I can't use the Win 8.1 driver as it says not compatible with the Win 10 OS.

I pretty much am giving up and not expecting the 5 point smart touch screen from ever working as it did in the past. I would stay with windows eight but it is obsolete and has issues and vulnerabilities.

Maybe you could point me in the right direction to find the support forum.
