I have about 12 users with viewsonic va2855 monitors, using intel graphic 530. They started getting intermittent black screens for 1-3 seconds, then the monitor comes back on. This started to occur about 3 weeks ago.

We are using HP prodesk 400 G4 with sdd. Those of us that are using the intel graphics 630 do not have this issue. Are you seeing this elsewhere? The monitor goes black randomly throughout the day.

add in 26.20.100.7156 issues with windows 10 October updates for the HD graphics 530 driver.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. 

 

We found another support ticket where the issue was already solved. Since the problem is specific to an HP product and external monitor our recommendation is to contact the system manufacturer. I will proceed to close this thread.
