We are using HP prodesk 400 G4 with sdd. Those of us that are using the intel graphics 630 do not have this issue. Are you seeing this elsewhere? The monitor goes black randomly throughout the day.

We found another support ticket where the issue was already solved. Since the problem is specific to an HP product and external monitor our recommendation is to contact the system manufacturer. I will proceed to close this thread.
