When Windows 10 was released, Intel made the decision to not support 2nd gen and older processors in their Windows 10 graphics drivers. Intel HD Graphics 2000 is found in 2nd gen processors, so there is no drivers or support from Intel.
If you install Windows 10 on a 2nd gen or older processors, support for the graphics subsystem (whether in chipset or processor) is provided by a Compatibility driver that Microsoft included inbox with Windows 10. Microsoft has stated that this Compatibility driver is provided as-is, that they would NOT accept any reports of performance or compatibility issues with it, and that no subsequent updates would be provided under any circumstances.
Bottom line, there are no newer drivers to be had. If you cannot work with the existing driver, your only recourse will be to add a alternative graphics card (if that's even possible; laptop designs can't support this), or to replace the entire computer with something more modern.
I am sure that this isn't the answer that you wanted to hear, but your computer is 13 years old and even the solder holding it together is long past its MTBF.
