I surely need to buy a new graphic driver to let some new software work properly (with upgraded open GL) . What driver do you suggest to buy for my PC? Many thanks

My desktop is old (2009) - it is an Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q 9400 2.66 Ghz a 32 bit - Graphic driver Intel G33/G31 Express chipset family - Video processor Intel GMA 3100 - Version 8.15.10.1930.

It is unlikely that you will find drivers for hardware this old that will support the latest OpenGL versions. It's really time to upgrade.

buy new graphics card from nvidia , make sure that motherboard of pc should support
