Just to clarify some details, that site actually whats it does is to show you the optimized game settings that Intel® recommends for you to use, depending on the game that you are playing along with the type of Intel® Processor that you are working with and the Intel® Graphics controller in it, the site it is not to download games.

To download games you have the option to search all over the internet, there are many different sites for you to be able to do that, however, Intel® does not have an official web site to download games, in this case, the best thing to do will be to look for a 3rd party web site that provides the option for you to download them.

As an alternative, you can also get in contact directly with the manufacturer of your laptop to verify if they have a promotion, a possibility or if they recommend a specific web site for you to download games.
