IDSA I still get "Oops! Something went wrong" error. December 2019

I just installed latest Windows 10 version 1909. I use windows defender for anti virus and web protection. I am getting "Oops! Something went wrong" error written in a red bar. I never had this issue at my previous windows. IDSA was working flowlessly so I never need to find and install latest drivers by myself.

I tried (all latest editions of) Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Opera browsers, no change.

I tried all the recommended solutions, uninstalling IDSA with Intel Uninstaller, and re-install IDSA from the link, etc... No change.

Can someone help me. Thanks,

I am using Xiaomi Gaming Laptop 8th gen, i7-8750, gtx1060,

Are you in china? If so, this is a known problem and is being worked on.

For now, manually check for and download your updates.

Also, you are in the wrong forum. This forum is for Intel NUCs.

Thanks Al, Yes I am in China. Unfortunately my VPN programs are also getting blocked.

Anyways, I will keep checking. Hope this can be fixed soon.

Have a nice day 🙂
