Thank you for posting in the community. I have a few questions that need clarification. Please answer the following:


  1. When reverting or updating the driver, are you using the "clean installation" option?
  2. You mentioned other recording applications—could you list the ones you've tried?
  3. Do the frame drops affect only one specific game, or do they occur in other games as well?
  4. Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) when reverting or updating the driver?
  5. Are you using the default settings in all the recording applications you've used?


Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file with all your system information. Follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
