Installing issue with driver 15.60.01.4877 on nuc 6i7kyk

I`m getting an "this installation packet is not compatible with this type of proccesor" error when trying to install 15.60.01.4877 driver on my nuc 6i7kyk. As it`s proccessor is an i7 6770hq and IGD is an IRIS Pro 580, both are theorically supported by this driver.

Any solution, please?

For some reason this driver is not listed under https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/89187/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC6i7KYK Downloads for Intel® NUC Kit NUC6i7KYK

There 15.60.0.4849 is recommended.

However it appears under https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/88357/Intel-Iris-Pro-Graphics-580 Downloads for Intel® Iris™ Pro Graphics 580

Try to install driver via "have disk method" as described at:

www.windowscentral.com/how-install-intel-beta-graphics-drivers-surface

(ignore prolog about MS surface)

Thanks for you reply, Stephan3D. I've tried to install the driver via the method you mention with same result. The only driver that installs normally is https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27360/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-45-?product=88357 Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.45] but this doesn't seem to have all the optimizations included in the problematic one. For example, with driver 15.45 and PES 2018 I still have glitches with ambient oclusión and general bad performance, and that's something allready fixed in 15.60.4877.

Now i see the problem. You are still working with Windows 7 or 8.x

The new drivers are exclusively for Windows 10.

In the aforementioned download list select your OS from the right pulldown menu.

I forgot to mention... I work with Windows 10. Maybe I haven't explained correctly.

I have solved the problem. The last driver only works with Creators Update. I was on W10 version 1505, so I uptated my SO (I was forced to do a clean instal, for unknown reason to me the update option didn't work) and now everything works fine.
