My laptop has the Intel 4400 hd graphics, up until I installed the latest driver update it used to idle at 200 mhz but now idles at 600 mhz. How do I g about fixing this?

Which version of Windows do you have? Also, if 32- or 64-bit?
What program are you using to measure graphics frequency?
Please attach screen shot of your program?
What is the driver version you are currently running on the computer?

Hi Im having the same problem with my desktop. I want to setup dual monitors with my discrete and my the integrated graphics in my i5-4690K, but the clock speed on the integrated graphics is shown as 600 mhz on idle. This is raising the temps on the cpu 15 degrees.
Specs:
Windows 8 64bit
using gpu-Z and speccy to measure temps and frequency
driver version is 15367
