Intel 8805G (XPS 15 2in1) Open GL on Vega Graphics issuss?

I have a brand new XPS 15 2in1 with Intel 8805G and notice in several different situations that Open GL does not used the Vega Graphics instead it uses Intel GPU.

1. Steam VR test applications does not detected the Vega

2. Lightwave 3D 2018 does not detected the VEGA for Open GL

Is there an option for Open GL

1. Global Setting to force Open GL to use a specific GPU

2. Application specific setting for Open GL to specific processor

Following is screen shot for Lightwave 3D 2018 Layout screen

I will put this on the NewTek site for Lightwave 3D 2018

Intel HD graphics 630 supports OpenGL 4.5.

Look under 8th gen processors.

You will need to contact Dell for support with your dual graphics usage.

I will guarantee this issue will happen on the Intel NUC with similar chip.

But I guess you are sending me to Dell, because you want them to report it you.

BTW your link has no information on Intel 8805G

This is a special dual GPU die created between Intel and AMD and is not vendor specific.

I don't accept you answer as the solution to problem. This is an Intel driver issue.

You posted a photo referencing HD 630 graphics.

However, one of the Intel support staff will be able to assist you.

What I mean is that application don't detected the Vega, it possibly could be applications

I just think it is important that Intel resolves this issue - it would be major embarrassment not to include support.

With 630, my guess is that Vibe VR is supported, but with Vega it likely is supported.
