Hi Intel,
Do you have a list of known issues by your driver dev team as I can see a lot of posts going round in the data gathering loop which wastes a lot of time for your end users.
I can see these issues across the forums that don't seem to be publicly acknowledged and thought it useful (especially new intel arc owners who only know the latest driver update) to list them outright ..
Display port monitor ID broken on driver 31.0.101.4664 - this causes the driver to fail to automatically set the native display resolution (causing blank screen on some monitors or lower resolutions on others).
- Switch back to previous drivers
Acer Intel cards latest firmware bundled in the 4664 release seems to affect the fan power curve causing it to ramp up and down jarringly.
- Google adjusting fan power curve some report adjusting in the intel app to work.
Affinity Software V1 fails to load whilst hardware acceleration is enabled (OPENCL). V2 works.
- Disable hardware acceleration for now - you can google affinity text file to edit in appdata or upgrade to V2 at a cost.
Elite dangerous odyssey crashing on planetary generation
This was fixed in the recent 4664 release but due to the severe other issues I have had to roll back to previous release, again breaking the game.
These issues should be flagged front and foremost to new users as known issues - and to add hope that it is being actively worked on and better still not waste hours trying to troubleshoot a graphics program like affinity !.
Thank you for the hardwork on the drivers - I think the cards and platform will live and die by the quality of the drivers at this stage - people won't want to risk their hard earned money unless its openly discussed with the public and intel devs - we want you to succeed after all.

Hello Batfink,
We appreciate your patience. After reviewing this issue internally, we want to let you know that the best course of action is to contact Bethesda to report this issue to the game developers. All the recommendations for our products are welcome as they help us enhance the user experience.
We will now proceed to close the thread. As we mentioned, if you require further assistance, you should open a new thread, as this one will no longer be monitored by Intel.
Best regards,
Jean O.
