I've got one 27" Samsung UHD display as my main display and two 27" Samsung QHD displays. I wanted to attach all three via DisplayPort to my AsRock Intel Arc A380 Challenger ITX 6GB OC graphics card. But one display becomes black this way. If I attach one display via HDMI everything works. If I attach the third display with a DisplayPort->HDMI cable I get only FullHD on the third display. Why aren't three DisplayPort links usable for me ?

Hello EdisonVonMyosotis
Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities.
Have you tried swapping cables between the monitors or tested different cables? Considering another DP to HDMI cable works with limited resolution there might be an issue with one of your DP cables. Also, make sure they are high-quality cables and that the cables are version 2.0 or 2.1
I would also like to confirm in order to discard possible monitor/TV issues if the problem is following specifically one of the displays or if it is happening on whatever screen you connect last.
In addition, if the issue still happens after testing other cables, it would be useful to get the hardware details of the displays and your system as well so we can check the specifications and possible updates, please share with us the following reports so we can get the information:
Intel Graphics Command Center (Intel GCC)

Hello EdisonVonMyosotis
Have you had the chance our recommendations from the previous post? Let us know if the issue persists after trying different cables and if you made sure the cables are version 2.0 or 2.1.
In case the problem continues to happen let us know if it follows only one of the displays and also share the reports we requested in the previous post as well.

Hello EdisonVonMyosotis
We hope our recommendations of testing different cables and making sure your cables are version 2.0 or 2.1 helped you to get his issue resolved. We have not heard back from you so we will be closing this thread but if you are still experiencing this black screen issue on your third screen connected through DP feel free to open a new topic so we can assist you further.
Best Regards,
