I've been having an issue with my Arc Graphics card where my monitor will turn black and restart, and my audio is constantly crackly. I originally thought it was an issue with my monitor - BenQ EX2710R - but I connected it to my laptop instead and it worked fine, it also works fine when connected to my motherboards HDMI and DisplayPort, but not to the Arc card itself.
I've tried multiple cables as well to no avail, I've added a video of this occurring below. This has gone on through multiple updates with clean installations and I have rebar enabled. Lett me know if there are any fixes for this!
The audio issues and screen restarts don't occur on my second monitor - BenQ RL2455 - but it has very tinny audio and is my second monitor. Hope that helps!

Hello Keverest,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to further investigate this issue, please help provide the following details:
- When did you start having this issue?
- Was it working fine before?
- If yes, what was the last change made in the system before the issue started?
- To check if this is not a hardware issue, have you tried installing this Arc A750 on a different system?
- Please help generate the SSU logs of your system for me to review the hardware and the installed drivers. Please refer to the link below on how to generate the logs:

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

1. This has been ongoing for pretty much as long as I've had the card, at least 1.5 years, but the severity and number of restarts varied heavily. I just hadn't reported sooner as I thought it was a monitor failure.
2. Yes, no audio crackling or restarts befopre, and still none when I connect direct to the motherboard, though I believe this is an issue for when I actually need to use the GPU for gaming or high intensity tasks correct?
3. Installing the Ac graphics card I believe
4. I don't have any other systems to try the card with, but there's no issue when connecting to my IGPU ryzen 5700G
5. I've attatched the logs below
Let me know how to proceed and can you confirm that plugging straight into the MOBO is going to degrade my performance in games and other tasks as opposed to the intel card slots?

Hello Keverest,
Thank you for the update.
Upon checking the SSU logs, the BIOS of your board and the graphics driver are both not updated. Updating everything will help with the performance and optimization of the components.
Please try the following step:
- Please update the BIOS of your board. Note: please check if this is your motherboard first and the BIOS to the latest. If you need assistance, you can contact MSI: B550M PRO-VDH WIFI
- Please update the Graphics driver using DDU method. This method will remove other driver version previously installed that me cause some display issue. Please refer to the link below for the steps and the link of the latest driver:
