Under Windows 10 (22H2) I installed Intel Arc Control (1.73.5335.2) and graphics driver Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.5074.
Mainboard: ROG STRIX Z690-A GAMING WIFI D4
Processor: 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700K
After logging in, I first have to close Intel Arc Control in the taskbar using the task manager because it won't open.
After that, I can only start/open Intel Arc Control if I start Intel Arc Control as an administrator via the program bar. If I do this, the GUI window opens, which can also be moved back and forth. But I can't select a function. It's like frozen. Intel Arc Control cannot be stopped either. To do this I have to go through the task manager to kill the task. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,
Finally I managed to get "Intel Arc Control" to start and work normally as expected. The following accepted solution also helped me:
-> https://community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/Intel-Arc-Control-GUI-freezes/m-p/1551147#M125612
However, I did not uninstall the Two-Way AI Noise Cancelation program, but instead placed an underscore (for renaming purposes) in front of the executable .exe file. That's it:
Kill the process via Task manger. Go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\ArmouryDevice\dll\MBLedSDK\NoiseCancelingEngine.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\ArmouryDevice\dll\MBLedSDK\_NoiseCancelingEngine.exe
I don't remember exactly whether a restart of the PC was necessary, but next time you start your PC, the program won't start again.

Hello Ich_bins,
Thank you for posting in the Intel communities. We are here to assist you with the problem with the Arc Control software.

- Press the Windows key.
- Click settings.
- Select Apps and then select Apps & features.
- Search the list for Intel® Arc™ Control software and click it.
- Select Uninstall.
- Reinstall Intel® Arc™ Control. See How to Install Intel® Arc Control for instructions.
If the issue persists, Run the DDU software How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver & reinstall intel Intel® Arc™ Control.

i uninstall Intel® Arc™ Control an reinstall it as discribed with no success. The behavior is the same as before.
After that i run DD in Version 18.0.7.0 in safe mode. Clean and restart, wait the software to finish the process and auto reboot Windows to the normal mode, with no success.
What can i try next?

Hello Ich_bins,
Since the issue remains, we would like to look into this issue internally; but before that, we would like to ask for the following details:
- Provide us with the Arc Control software files located in C:\Users<your_username_here>\AppData|Local\Intel\IGN\logs
- Please, record a video showing the issue you described to have a better understanding of the behavior.
- To have more details about the system, share with us a system report using the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU):
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
- Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
Best regards

Unfortunately, I cannot send you the requested data because this is a sensitive PC from our business area. After much back and forth, we decided
nothing more to do. The software "intel Arc Control" is not necessary for our photo work. Adobe Photoshop still works and the A770 is fast too. We would wish
that the automatic denoising function in the CameraRaw filter would be much faster, but otherwise we are very satisfied with the way the graphics card works.
Thank you very much for your effort with us!

Hello Ich_bins,
We see that you are not able to share the requested data since it is considered sensitive information, and we understand that you have decided not to continue with the support since the software is not necessary for your PC's intended use. Based on this, we will proceed to close this thread. If you require additional details, open a new thread, as this one will no longer be monitored.
Thank you for your feedback!
Best regards

Right-click on the Arc Control shortcut and choose "Run as Administrator" from the get-go. No more task manager gymnastics, and it runs smoothly.

that does not work for me! Although the GUI started and I was able to move the window back and forth, I was not able to activate a single field.
I had to kill the NoiseCancelingEngine.exe process.
