Intel Arc Crashes in Detroit Become Human

Hi,

I encountered a crash in Detroit Become Human in the Chapter Russian Roulette. With driver 5081, the crash happens as soon as Connor open the tap towards Hank. With driver 5084, the crash happens immediately entering the chapter.

Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I noticed that you are having crash issues while playing Detroit Become Human in the Chapter Russian Roulette with your Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics, I will be happy to help you.  

I see there are some pending updates on the Intel® SSU, please answer the following questions and follow the steps below:

• Is the graphics card an Inte Branded Card or is it from another Brand?
• Take screenshots of the game settings, in case we need them to replicate the issue.
• Are there error messages when the game crashes? If so take a screenshot of it.
• Clean install the graphics driver with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). For guidance, How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
• Install the driver version 31.0.101.5084/31.0.101.5122.

Were you able to clean install the graphics driver with (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver and then install the driver version 31.0.101.5084/31.0.101.5122?
