Hello Intel Support,
I recently updated to the latest WHQL-certified Intel Arc graphics driver on Windows 11. Adobe Premiere Pro is flagging this driver as "Unsupported" in its System Compatibility Report.
Could you advise whether this is a known issue and if there are plans to coordinate with Adobe for validation? If possible, please share the recommended driver version for stable use with Premiere Pro.

To effectively investigate, kindly provide the information below.
1. What was the last known working driver version?
2. What exact Intel Arc driver version did you install?
3. What version of Premiere Pro are you running?
4. Is the issue isolated to Adobe Premiere Pro?
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate a complete copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
