Intel Arc battlemage Freezing/crashing

Hello, Ive recently bought an intel arc b580, but for some reason whenever i try to use the card it doesn't stop freezing/ crashing after maybe 2 minutes of use without any heavy loads or gaming. I brought the PC to a computer repair shop and they told me the graphics card is the problem. I dont want to give up on the card but i dont know what else to do.

My pc-

Mother Board: Asus Rog Strix B860-1 LGA 1851

Ram: Crucial Pro DDR5 32gb

PSU: CORSAIR SF750

CPU: Intel core ultra 7 265KF

SSD: WD_BLACK 2TB SN7100 

Ive updated all drivers for both the motherboard and gpu.
