Hi,
I have and Laptop with a Intel Core i7-8550U CPU @ 1.8GHz and with a Intel® UHD Graphics 620.
I've bought an external monitor with a maximum resolution of 2560x1440 and 240Hz refresh rate.
In the Intel Graphics Control Panel I'm not able to change the resolution above 1920x1080.
Is this due to a CPU limitation or I'm missing something?
Thanks

Hello Vulkany
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We need more information to answer your request, please share with us the following:
- Which connections do you use? (Laptop port, cables, adapters?, monitor port)
- Which is the model of the laptop and monitor?
- Intel® Graphics Command Center report
- Open the application
- "Support" > "System Diagnostic" > "Generate Report
- Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) results
- Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
- Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
