Hi, I want to update my Intel Drivers. so I got Intel Driver and Support Assistant. but when I load it,
it says 'scanning' and shows a message 'No Configuration Data' and under it says 'There was no internet available during program startup on June 24, 2023 at 22:28. Please refresh the page to try again'. Here are my pc's specifications:
Product: HP Compaq Elite 8300 USDT(Ultra-Slim Desktop).
Ram: 8gb
CPU: Intel i5 3570S
Operating System: Windows 8.1
My Internet is working fine.
I've attached a screenshot to show the issue.
I've also attached a txt file showing details about my system.

Hello Randonguy_50,
Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I am sorry to hear that you are having error messages with the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA), I will be happy to help you.
The reason for this error message is the Intel Hardware components in your system are discontinued, so the Intel® DSA cannot or there are not available drivers for your product.
Regards,

For a system that old, and being HP, it is doubtful that IDSA would find anything to update anyway.
So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.
Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
