Intel Driver and Support Assistant; Case #: 04788744

Jose V( Chat Support) has been trying to get me to attach a large (1.61MB) file in zip format with all the IDSA files in it.

Unfortunately, the size of it means I cannot attach it to an email from my Gmail account.

I have tried sending from my Outlook/Hotmail account, but he is not getting it.

I tried connecting to an agent at 19.30 hrs local time (BST).

Was kept waiting.

I am at a loss what to do.

Would appreciate any assistance.

By the way, attached file on this post, is the one he requested

Why not attach them to this thread, which allows up to 71MB.

My first post does have the .zip folder/file.

Still cannot get through.

That's why I attached the file to the thread I started.

And to the reply to your thread, Doc.

I seem to be going round in circles.

I tried using my alternate email account (Outlook/Hotmail), but Jose V was not receiving anything from it.

That's why I have reverted to the Community.

I have also emailed him and alerted him to the attachment being in the community.

I can see your attachment.  Just be patient and the Intel support engineers will respond.
