Intel Gen 12th processer not recognizing my firmware update tool through AUX

Kinetic develops a DisplayPort to HDMI converter chip. And we have a windows based tool to update the firmware on the IC

(1) With Tiger Lake laptop to Windows 11 with Gen 11th processor and Iris graphic card --> Kinetic ISP over AUX tool  Works OK

(2) Intel Alder Lake12th processor --> Kinetic ISP over AUX tool (version 6.3) does not get detected and we get error code 0x0154.

Thank you. Yes I was not sure where to open. My contact at Intel referred me to the web portal: I opened a ticket 05382261 

Please let me know what is the right channel to get support on this. Basically we have a windows tool that is not being recognized by Intel 12th processor with UHD Graphics 770.
