Intel Graphic Control Panel not showing

I've seen method to access to access the control panel by just right clicking on the desktop, but the option did not show up when I did it.

Here's my specification:

ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. H110M-K

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)

Processor Intel® Pentium® CPU G4560 @ 3.50GHz Chipset Intel® 100 Series/C230 Series Chipset Family

Graphics Intel® HD Graphics 610, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GG

Driver version: 24.20.100.6286

Anyway I can access the control panel? This is so frustrating I've spent hours just for a integrated graphic driver

This problem, is it recently, did you make any hardware/software updates?Are you using an external video card or the onboard graphics of the processor?Could you please access "device manager" select "display devices" and take a screen shot of that information?
