Dear all,
I have a problem to use CATIA V5R21 on my recent replaced Yoga 13 which has Intel Graphics 4000. Windows 8 has Initial graphic driver and it works perfectly fine (with old graphic driver) but once I upgrade 8.1 or update any brand new graphic driver on this Intel support website, or update windows WDDM HD4000 driver through windows updates, CATIA is not working well. For example, thumbnail does not reflect and just shows black thumbnail as shown in the blow image, image capturing on tool bar menu is now working (just black) and 3D displace performance getting slow.
I'm still waiting driver for this matter..

Hello YourLips, thanks for joining the Intel Community.
Could you please attach the DX Diag report from your system? (Start -> Run -> dxdiag -> Save All Information).
We always recommend customers to download and install the drivers provided by the system manufacture, in your case from Lenovo, since our drivers are generic drivers and sometimes these cannot be installed on other systems or the installation of them could overwrite their customizations and possibly change the functionality of the graphics.
It is also important to check if CATIA V5R21 is compatible with Windows 8.1.
The latest Graphics driver available from our side is version 4061

You can also try installing the previous version 3958 and check the behavior of the system https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24329/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24329/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit
