If you install the Intel ® Graphics Windows® 10 DCH drivers 27.20.100.8190, it will no longer be displayed under Control Panel / Programs. The driver version 27.20.100.7985 was still displayed and you could uninstall it there as well. Has anything changed regarding the driver version 27.20.100.8190 !??

Yes, that is correct. The driver is no longer shown on Programs and features, or in Apps and Features.

This is buried in the release notes: "Intel Graphics drivers from 27.20.100.8187 do not create “Add or remove programs”entry"

If you want to remove the driver, you must do so via the device mangler.
