I have a laptop with dual boot with windows 10 and Ubuntu , intel hd 3000 in there has opengl 3.3 support , but most of the games i have steam demand openl gl 3.3 on windows is there any way to get it ? is there at least any custom display drivers to enable openl gl 3.3, also the scaling option is very poor in driver 9.17.10.4229 , it only scales to full screen if the resolution is 1280×720, anything else than that like 1024x768 or 800x600 gets scaled to centre with the black bars.

HD 3000 graphics are not supported on Windows 10. The best you can do is the Microsoft driver:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Graphics Products
And, OpenGL 3.1 is the best you can do. Look under "2nd gen processors":
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005524.html Supported APIs and Features for Intel® Graphics Drivers
To my knowledge, Intel is not providing any updates to this product.

Hello snakehpks,
Please refer to the previous post, as mentioned before your graphics controller does not support Windows® 10, and the OpenGL 3.1 is the supported API. The drivers at this stage can be found trough Windows Updates only.
Regards,
Amy.
