Well, i've tried to play some games lately, some work well some don't and hangs my entire computer forcing me to shut it down in the power button.

I'm pretty sure that this is drivers problems, i've already updated my bios, my computer is completly clean and yet this happens to me several times a day which is very annoying.

My Spces:

- i5 3750k

- Asrock Z77 Pro 3

- 8GB DDR3 1600

- 120 SSD

My resolution is 1024x768.

Please, help me with this.

Have you tried games listed on the following page?

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033387.htm Graphics | Sample of popular games playable with Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000/2500

I suggest you check and review the information posted on the following article:

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033945.htm Graphics | Game troubleshooting with Intel graphics products

And then from that same article, follow the instructions under Checklist for contacting Intel Customer Support.

i've played Dishonored and Max Payne 3 from that list. I remember that MP3 crashed the computer. Dishonored runned just fine from what i remember.

i already tried several drivers versions and the problem persists, i'm using windows 8

I've submited support sending out this thread link, hope to see some help.

Thanks.

We may assist you over this channel too if you would like, however you should be more specific on what games are you having issues with, what troubleshooting steps you have tried, what versions of drivers are being used, what hardware and computer is this and the reports that are requested from the article that I have mentioned.

I'm having issues with this game, the one i've been playing lately: https://beta.gface.com/warface GFACE | Home

Today the computer had crashed 2 times within 2 hours of trying to play, this is getting very annoying.

i've set Maximum Performance to Intel Graphics Power Plan, also set high priority to the game process in the task manager. About the graphics drivers i've used several: version 15.31.9.64.3165 (9.18.10.3165); 15.31.17.64.3257 (9.18.10.3257); yesterday i installed the ones that are in the motherboards page: http://www.asrock.com/MB/overview.asp?cat=Download&os=Win864&Model=Z77%20Pro3 ASRock > Z77 Pro3 ; 15.28.6.64.2857 (9.17.10.2857) still it's all the same. i've updated my bios to the lastest update also.

I'm now with version (10.18.10.3316) from the windows update, and yet its all the same, still crashes.

You mean the information in here: http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033945.htm Graphics — Game troubleshooting with Intel graphics products regarding dxdiag, system info, etc? If so, how do i attach them to here? i've dxdiag and msinfo32, if i press ctrl + alt + f12 nothing happens regarding to the information center.

Please just copy and paste the reports, the ones we may need the most are dxdiag and graphics report:

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-009476.htm Graphics | Intel(R) Graphics Driver Report

Include information on any error messages that you are getting and version of the browser and game.

Have you checked for any known issues with the game developer?

If the system is just locking up I do not see a clear indication that the root cause will be the video drivers, as it might be the browser or the game itself what is locked.

Please check with your game developer for debugging information so we may take a look into it to proceed further.

I asked around players in the game and none was having the same issues as me, plus as i said before i remember facing this issue with Max Payne 3 so it's no a unique game problem.

All works fine, browser, etc except when the computer fully hangs and i can't do anything.

Does it hang also in 3dmark or just in some specific game?
