Are there any open issues with the intel Hd 4600 in which it will not make some HDMI monitors go into standby mode when putting the computer to sleep? I don't have this problem with my graphics card so I know it's not my monitor or cable. I've already wasted so much time on this issue. I'd like to know if there are known bugs about this.
Thanks,
Francesco

Yes, this issue has been reported and I understand Intel is currently developing new graphics drivers that are addressing Windows 10 issues. Once they become available they will be posted at: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Intel® Download Center

Does the new driver fix this?
My external HDMI monitor won't fall into sleep but shows a black screen instead after inactivity timeout is reached in Windows 10. I didn't encounter this problem in Windows 7.
Thanks,
Louis

Hello louis925,
Please give it try with the new graphics driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25308/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-4th-Gen-Windows-10-64bit Download Intel® Iris™, Iris™ Pro, and HD Graphics Driver for 4th Gen Windows* 10 64bit.

Thanks for the reply!
I realized that this only happens if I turn on the "Audio (no video)" setting, which my monitor probably doesn't support. So it is not a bug.
