Hi,
IntensePC3 (using Intel Core i7-7500U) has an issue on End customer application.
Remotely I can connect and see the Creator's update has been installed (1703).
Any Intel driver is generating really strange effects on the screen: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5Dy-Hxkgj7ebXcySUplM2l3dFE https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5Dy-Hxkgj7ebXcySUplM2l3dFE
The only way to have this gone is to roll back to Microsoft driver (10.0.15063.0) but then only 1 Display is detected.
Any idea? I will try to get the customer to reinstall his OS on Win 10 64 bits without Creator's update to see if it comes from this but he is in remote location which isn't facilitating the problem.
For any solution, please let me know.
Thanks.
Max.

Hello MaxTGPC,
My apologies for the inconvenience.
Does the same behavior happen when you use the Search automatically for updated driver software option and select one of the drivers listed?
Have you tried installing one of our drivers using the "Have Disk...." method? I can share with you the steps in case you have not tried this.
Regards,
Amy C.

Hi Amy,
No, we weren't able to resolve this case. The PC is going to come back to our Lab for investigation.
As others PC didn't get this issue we are thinking it's bad memory, or the CPU has a problem.
I will let you know when I have more information.
Best Regard.
Maxime.

Hi Amy,
It seems that the customer were using the PC to power 4 screens (2 from the HDMI and DP Ports as advised and 2 via USB). The PC has been investigated and I believe the overload has made the CPU/GPU faulty. The whole PC is now going to the manufacturer for repair).
The customer was previously using Quad Core AMD and wanted to try the i7-7500U (Dual Core).
I will tell when I have more information.
Best Regards.
Maxime.

Hi Amy,
No, the product is still with the manufacturer.
Could it be possible that the hyperthreading creates this kind of issue if the BIOS fix is not applied?

We will have to wait for the results of the computer manufacturer. Not really, these two are not related.
Please share your results.

Amy C.
