Intel HD 620 kann meine Spiele nicht abspielen.

Hallo Community,

ich habe mir einen Laptop mit einem Intel HD 620 Grafik-Chip gekauft. Das Problem ist, dass, oft wenn ich ein Spiel spielen will, das Spiel kurz angezeigt wird (das heißt anscheinend kann der Computer die Grafiken abspielen), dann aber das Fenster für das Spiel minimiert wird. Wenn ich das Fenster wieder öffne, zeigt es das Spiel wenige Sekunden und das Fenster wird wieder minimiert, was in einer Endlosschleife endet. Ich habe meinen Treiber aktualisiert, also daran kann es auf jeden Fall nicht liegen. Ich bin langsam wirklich am verzweifeln und hoffe, dass mir jemand helfen kann.

What version of Windows 10? 1903? 1809? Lower?

You should use ONLY the graphic drivers from your laptop manufacturer. This is especially the case if you have dual graphics.

Go to you laptop manufacturer and use only their drivers. Yes, I know they probably have not updated them, but you must use their drivers.

If you continue to have issues, contact the laptop manufacturer for support. You paid for support when you purchased your laptop. Make them support you.
