Hello, I am using a laptop with Intel(R) core(TM) i3 CPU M 350 @ 2.27GHz processor. However I am unable to run a 3D software (SketchUp) on it because the graphic card is open GL 2.1 as against 3.0 minimum requirement the software requires to run. I am trying to get a driver update but I can't even find the graphic card details, it just shows 'Intel HD graphics'. I have tried the DSA online to automatically update my graphic driver but seems there is no difference. What can I do?

YYou need to get a new(er) laptop. Your graphics and processor are not supported on Windows 10. There is no Intel driver. All you have is the Microsoft generic driver, which lacks performance and features.
Your processor is from 2010 and is no longer supported.

[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
