Intel HD Graphics 4600 crashes windows 11

I´m finding very difficult even write this, the drivers crashes every some secods, its as annoying as heck! I moved to win 11 thinking it was win10 problem, but it´s still here, i tryed Wubuntu and works perfect all the time, but i need some soft that i don´t have there. so hel pe please to find a solution!

And your processor is not supported by Windows 11.   You were warned of possible problems with such an upgrade.
