System Used: Dell XPS 15 9550 (Product ID 00330-50290-02074-AAOEM)
CPU SKU: Core i7-6700HQ
GPU SKU: Not sure
Graphics Driver Version: Intel HD Graphics 530 v21.20.16.4664
Operating System: Windows 10
OS Version: 15063.483
API: Qt 5.9, 5.9.1
Last night my machine upgraded itself to this new driver. The screen momentarily went black.
However, afterwards when opening certain applications, their coordinate system was off. (I only saw this with Qt-based applications)
It was like the title bar was not there. The top ~30pixels or so of the app were cut off / hidden.
Long story short, it turns out that v21.20.16.4664 has this issue, but when I rollback to v21.20.16.4627 it is fine and does not exhibit this bug.
(I originally thought this was a Qt bug, so posted this here- which has screenshots - https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-62127)

Here is another user with QT issues, don't know if it's related:
https://communities.intel.com/message/485070#485070
Intel suggest there to update to 22.20.16.4729
