Intel HD Graphics bug "Maximum Performance"

Hello,

Well, I have a problem is a time that is when I place my Video card for Maximum Performance , when I put in Maximum Battery Life it not buga in Maximum Perfomance so I get more fps in games , and would like to know it is and you have to solve. Hugs
