Intel HD Versão: 25.20.100.6323 control painel stop running

After update windows 10 1809 the driver intel Versão: 25.20.100.6323 do with that control painel stop running.

My windows is running no error with any people show error deleted files. but in click in control painel the windows closed any time.

unistaler the driver intel Versão: 25.20.100.6323 and back driver version win64_24.20.100.6194 no error and any no problem.

With someone, this happened.

I can see that you are experiencing issues, but I would like to confirm if the problem is related to the graphics properties control panel. I want to confirm this so that I can assist you in the best way.

 

 

I would also like to know if you had the same problems prior to the Windows* update done, was this happening before? Please attach screenshots of the error you are getting. Also, to better assist you with your request, I will need to check some information about your computer. Please follow these steps:

 

 

1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.

 

2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.

 

3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop).

 

4. Attach the report to this thread.

Hello David!

The problem happen in control painel of windows and not control painel hd grafics

I have problem only instal this new driver in windows 1809. Old version running perfect in win 1809

In attachement is my log dxdiag.

the problem happen only with this new driver. 25.20.100.6323.

Same that you unistaller for DDU in Security mode for cleaning all.

I cleaning for DDU in security mode all driver. Nvidia, Intel, and AMD. becouse in windows have this driver.

In this way my sistem stay fine, but no this new driver

Now I am use driver Intel HD version 22.20.16.4836 in windows 10 1809 with the last driver nvidia 416.16 and running fine

Thank you for your response.

 

 

In this case, what I can recommend you to do is to use a stable version of Windows, this is because the one that you were able to update was actually pulled back by Microsoft* due to issues that possibly did not limit to the files getting erased.

 

 

What you can do is either, wait for a new and stable Windows* update, or wait for a new driver update for the graphics adapter. Something you can do in the meantime to alleviate the problem is to either use an old version of the driver that works and does not make the Windows* control panel crash, or, use a stable version of Windows*, perhaps by rolling back to the latest one that has not been pulled back.

Have you tried the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28240/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=98909 Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 Version: 25.20.100.6326?

 

This driver was released 10/9/2018 for Intel® HD Graphics 630 on Intel's Download Center.

The one you tested, https://software.intel.com/en-us/blogs/2018/10/03/new-25201006323-intel-graphics-driver-for-windows-... Intel® Graphics Driver 25.20.100.6323 for 64-Bit Windows® 10, was released 10/1/2018 on Intel's Developer's Zone page.

If version 6326 doesn't work, you can reinstall https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=jm8h7 Intel HD Graphics Driver Version 22.20.16.4836, A05 from Dell since you have tested it.
