Intel HD graphic family for N5050 ,is it the best or somethingelse..?

Hi guys,

I bought this N5050 I3. it came with Intel HD graphics family display adapter which has version 8.15.10.2342.

So here is my problem, i had prev toshibha which is running Mobile Intel 945GM display adapter. I can tell you the picture quality seems much better in 945GM than HD one. In HD, it looks little blurry and colors are also dull as compared to GM one.

-Why is that?

-I also noticed i cudnt upgrade to HD3000, which i heard is better than this generic HD ?

Just a proof what i am talking abt colors, the top pic is from GM and bottom is from HD. You can see difference in colors,especially see on background.

So what is going on here, am i missing something with this graphic card?
