Intel® HD530 Graphics: black screen in bios Display Port

Hello all,

I have a problem with my PC HP EliteDesk 800 G3 DM.

I have no image at boot before Windows boot Screen. Screen says "DP no signal". I have flashed the Bios of the motherboard for the last one and downloaded the latest driver for integrated video chipset. I have only 3 Display Port on this computer and the 3 ports doesn't display image before Windows.

Display support before Windows starts running is provided by the BIOS. I suggest that you look on the HP site to see if there are any BIOS updates for your motherboard and install the latest.

Thanks for the answer, like i have said in my first message, i have the latest Bios form HP for my computer.

Then I suggest that you peruse the HP Community for similar occurrences and, if necessary, contact HP Support directly.
I would add that the only time I have ever heard of a similar situation was when an unsupported processor was installed.

The processor is the original one so i guess i have a mess with Bios Settings or similar. I will find a way to rectify it and contact HP community.

I have bought a HDMI card for this device and it solves the problem. Now i use HDMI.
