Hello Alberto,
sorry for the late reply about this. The problem is still exist, just got some review about my laptop capabilities from video converter software my computer can't encode HEVC video but for the decode should be no problem.
i'm using this laptop ( 11th Gen Intel Processor with Intel Irish Xe Graphics ) to do some videos editing project and its end up with several error all the time about HEVC error ( HEVC code missing error ) and sometimes it freeze / close by themself.
tried reset the laptop to factory setting / fresh windows, problem still exist.
Could you figure out where is the problem / root cause? here i attach the SSU Information about my laptop.
Thank you
