Hello,
I have NAS home server HW with Celeron J4005 and I suppose that it contains UHD 600 Graphic like is written in CPU specification.
I need to run Windows 7 x64 on that hardware and it seems that Intel does not support this graphic for Win 7x64 already.
I don't need HD graphic it should be sufficient if it works in some basic mode with small resolution.
Can anybody recommend what drivers to install to run Win 7 x64 on above hardware ?

No, no support for W7 here, not from Intel or Microsoft.

The earth is flooded with operating systems, old hardware, and ever-growing scrap-yards.
I think it is not right to use the newest things at any cost, when the old ones are able to provide their services.
People need a compatible world.

Hi, inpeter.
Thank you for posting in our Intel communities.
You've shared some information about the NAS home server HW with Celeron J4005, but I would need more details about your hardware and software configuration to help you. Please run the SSU report so I can see important details such as the OS build, the exact model of the device that you are using, etc.
Also, what is the exact make and model of the NAS home server HW that you are currently using so that we can find the right driver for your device? This will help us find the best answer for you. Additionally, could you explain why you're looking for the Windows 7 driver?
Best Regards,

@VonM_Intel I am confused. Why are you asking all these questions when the op wants a graphics driver for windows 7?
And, the big question is why are you even considering supporting the op when the processor is discontinued and windows 7 is long dead and not supported?
Seems like a big waste of time and resources when you guys could be working on supported users. Plus, maybe you did not read the thread, but I have already answered the OP.

Hello Von M.
After 2 weeks of fighting I decided to use Win 10 on described machine. Win 10 installation had no serious problems and I was able to see installation GUI on UHD Graphics.
Win7 x64 was not able to install due to missing compatible display driver on. "Microsoft Basic Display Driver" driver is present from Win8 and I did not want to do some hacks to use it on Win7 even I found some.
HW is Asustor Nimbustor AS5202T, CPU Celeron J4005 with UEFI 2.6.
The reason why I tried to use Win7 was:
- I had installed and used Win7 on another older machine and it's motherboard is damaged and I tried to move it's harddisk to new HW and planned to start it and install new needed drivers and tune up OS. This was most simple and quick solution. This small server deployment does not need power HW.
- I use many adjustments in OS with help of applying group policy and selecting enabled services for OS speed and memory optimization. Even Win7 is officially without support, I believe it can be setup stable. I was able to rely on it many years and I did not need new Win10 features for that deployment.
Even I already resolved problem by installing Win10
Thank you for your willingness to help.
Peter

@inpeter And, you are still unsupported. Windows 10 does not support your processor:

Hi, AlHill.
Thank you for your feedback. As I've checked here on my end, the processor and the graphics driver of the original thread/post are still active on my end, so I please asked the original owner of the thread for the SSU logs and why they are looking for the Windows 7 driver.

And, there is a huge cost associated with support of old hardware.
If you want to save the world, skip the next two or three iPhones and buy yourself a new PC.

Hi, inpeter.
Thank you for sharing this information. I understand that you use Windows 10 on the said system and it worked properly. Yes, it might be the Windows 7 x64 that is not able to be installed due to missing a compatible display driver. However, please be guided that since you are using an OEM (Asustor Nimbustor AS5202T) original equipment manufacturer device, they sell and support computer systems based on Intel® technology as they customized the drivers, settings, and features that the OEM has designed and installed your system. Intel® only supplies generic versions of Graphics Drivers for general purposes. Computer manufacturers may have modified the driver software or software packaging and it would be best to use the driver software provided by them to avoid potential installation incompatibilities.
As such, I would like to share with you some related articles regarding this thread:

None of which has anything to do with the OPs question.
1. Windows 7 is not supported.
2. There is no intel driver for Windows 7 for that processor graphics.
3. The processor is not supported by Windows 10.
Again, why waste time on this issue, when I answered it already?
