Hi @NIXIE_123 

Laptop OEM in many case customizes the Intel Graphics Driver. In addition you have very outdated BIOS. On the Download Page for your laptop, I can see that the latest Graphics Driver is 27.20.100.8853 Rev.A.  I suggest that you should uninstall the Intel generic graphics driver 27.20.100.9466. Then using HP utilities, update BIOS and the drivers.
