It is hard to help you after your statement: "...i updates all driver " however on the Sys Info image, I can see that the BIOS is not updated. The lates BIOS for you laptop is version 1.18.0 dated 14 Dec 2023 (you have version 1.8.1 dated 13.12.2017).
I suggest that you should update BIOS and then check if you have the latest drivers as shown on DELL Download page.

Download the Intel Graphics Command Center (Beta) from the Microsoft Store. Yes, my advice is to download the Beta version as it has more futures that the final version.

i updates all driver but im not getting visulization my picture quality blour Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300U CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.70 this is my system kindly help

yes i updated bios again freshly install disply driver also but same problems sir
