There is no Intel fraphics driver for your graphics for Windows 10.
No, you cannot use another driver.
All you have is the Microsoft generic driver which lacks performance and features.
Sorry, but it is time for you to consider upgrading to a new(er) system that is supported by Windows 10.

Just to be preemptive, if you are running Windows 10, there is no driver from Intel. The compatibility driver from Microsoft is all there is. If the performance/compatibility is unacceptable, you only resolution is to add a graphics card to your system or replace the system completely. Remember that your system is at least 10 years old.
