So, i got my hands on the new Razer Blade Stealth (Core i7 8th gen), and have seen a weird issue where if I have a dim window open, so let's say a black webpage, the brightness slowly goes down, and with a white page, the brightness goes up
I've checked in the intel graphics settings under power, and turned off the necessary things to prevent this, but they'e still happening, I've turned off Panel Self refresh on both battery and plugged in modes, and turned off display power saving technology, and also selected the maximum performance graphics power plan
Any conclusive fix for this would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Hello Blakcbird,
Thank you for posting.
Some PCs can let Windows automatically adjust screen brightness based on the current lighting conditions. To find out if your PC supports this, in Display settings, under Brightness and color, look for the Change brightness automatically when lighting changes check box, and then select or unselect it to use this feature.
