Intel uhd 630 graphic driver issue

i reinstalled windows 10 clean and when the intel driver enabled it becomes like that, it flickers it leaves trails and sometimes makes the screen just black, my device is 2019 razer blade advanced rz09 0301. The driver from razer website also doesn't fix the problem. need help and sorry for my bad english

In order to better assist you, please download the Intel® SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- 

Open the application and select "Everything", click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View". Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save". Please attach the file to your reply.
