Hello,
I have a layman's question here.
I just would like to know the actual size of an Intel iRIS Xe chip in mms.
We tried to find the exact width-length sizes of that chip but we failed after an hour 😅
It drives us crazy that we found something that is not available in the internet 😬

Intel Iris Xe is a name of integrated graphics embedded in I5 and I7 Intel 11th generation processors. It is not a stand alone chip. There are also Graphics cards with Intel Iris Xe logic.

Hi Leon,
thank you for your reply.
I knew that is not a stand alone chip, but it has a size, right? 🙂 Or it depends on the size of the processor?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @Punchcake
Since the Intel Iris Xe is integrated within processor it is a part of the processor and it is packed with the processor in the same package.
