every few days my laptop / WIN 10 tells me to reboot , due to install again the old version of intel iris Xe graphics , 100. xxx. something , allthough i have already installed the newest one , 31.0.101.4644.
I already set the tick box on the actual driver installation for CLEAN INSTALLATION .
Why does / can this happen ?
How can i stop this, or delete this old version ?

Install the latest driver.
Then, reboot your machine.
Then, immediately run the wuShowHide utility from microsoft (attached) and block/hide the old update.

2 days ago the old version 30.0.100.9837 was again installed , why ?
in the wushowhide tool nothing is displayed or can be blocked actually.
Can i delete the old version with the driver store explorer ? If yes , how do i have to make this, choose alle files with thta version number and then click on delete / enforce delete ?
Or how else can i solve this sustainable ?

Follow my instructions AGAIN, and stop messing with the driver store explorer. I think you are creating your own problem.

Then, your dinking around with the driver store explorer has screwed up something.
Since I cannot determine the state of your PC, do a fresh install of windows.
