I am unable to select the 2560x1080 resolution for my ultrawide monitor. I have downloaded the latest drivers from LG for my monitor and also downloaded the latest Graphics driver, 31.0.101.2125. When I go to Display Settings > Advanced Display > Display adapter properties > List All Modes, the option is not available. I am using a HDMI to HDMI connection without any adapters.

According to the diagnostic report, the device is a Dell Inspiron 15 3511. For this laptop, Dell states:
Ultimately, the information provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is always decisive for the technical capabilities of a computer. In this case Dell. The signal that can be provided on an HDMI port depends not only on the graphics integrated in the processor, but also on the signal path to the port. Dell has apparently decided on a maximum of 1920 x 1080 here. You may need to contact Dell Support.

Hello mcappleman,
Thank you for posting in our communities.
Please provide the following information in order for us to further isolate the issue and provide you with a solution:
- When did the issue start, and have you been able to select the 2560x1080 resolution for your ultrawide monitor before?
