Lag and Delays After Disassembling Laptop

So, my laptop show so many delays when I use it. Such as opening Windows menu, rebooting, and opening application, even the right click on the desktop delays. And my games shows error or bug and lagging as well, I don't know how to call it but the game became all white. It happens after I disassemble the laptop and mount my old Hard Disk, but I already unmount it.

By the way my laptop is TUF FX506LI
